How quickly can you answer my question?

We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received. Most inquiries are addressed within 24 hours during our business hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT+01:00.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@modaeden.com with your name and order number.

We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been packed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

How long is the processing period?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • Orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched within this timeframe.

How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping transit time: 7–10 business days after processing.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • We provide tracking for most orders, but some carriers may not support real-time tracking.

Will my order come in one package?

Depending on the size and contents of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.

What happens if an item is out of stock or back-ordered?

  • If any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date.
  • If restocking takes longer than 2 weeks, you will be given the option for a refund or store credit.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at support@modaeden.com with:

  • Your name & order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

What if an item is missing or damaged in my order?

If an item is missing or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@modaeden.com We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@modaeden.com.
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email support@modaeden.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
